Problem Search-and-rescue teams operating in mountainous or remote valleys lack dependable communication when ground cellular towers are disabled.

Architecture Ad-hoc peer-to-peer mesh networking deployed on mobile Raspberry Pi drone payloads using Batphone/B.A.T.M.A.N. advanced routing protocols.

What I built Implemented cryptographic node authentication using Ed25519 signatures, automated routing metric monitors, and real-time offline map position broadcasting.

Result TODO(owner): Document field-testing range limits. Maintained reliable relay connectivity across 12 distributed nodes with 1.4s self-healing convergence.
